(Video) Yoga Exercises: 3 Moves for Instant Workday Vitality

If I told you that 3 simple moves can help you get through the day and do everything your fullest potential, would you take 3 minutes to do them?

What if these 3 simple moves were specifically engineered to give you instant workday vitality, and stabilize your mind so you can calm down and focus on one thing at a time peacefully and effectively, feel sure in your next strategic steps, and feel like nothing is a risk.

Most people think of exercise when they hear yoga, and with this come all the reasons why they can’t do it – I am not flexible, I don’t have time, I can’t leave work, I forgot the workout clothes.

Equating yoga with exercise is one way and allow me to enlighten you on an alternative. You don’t need a yoga mat, you don’t need yoga clothes, you just need to step away from your computer and give 3 minutes to yourself…even if you are somewhere with lots of noise and people, like I was while shooting the video 10 feet away from the busy car mechanic shop.

Think of Tantra Yoga as simple body engineering that offers specific results to support and evolve your lifestyle. Tantra Yoga poses are bio-energetic postures, and when customized for where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow, they are what I call spiritual body mechanics – very effective and very powerful. My clients experience results immediately, and so will you.

It’s not magic, it’s not a workout, it’s Yoga – methods to connect you back to yourself. So give yourself what you need the most, YOU!

  1. i guess it’s from all that yoga that i’ve been doing but those are the moves i naturally do right now while i have been having some deadlines and working too much! … and they help so much .. i love the way you put it all together in the video..

    • That is so cool Debbie! I am happy you liked the video. Yes it is because of all the years of yoga you’ve been doing. Your body knows how to re-balance itself naturally so you stay cool and effective under deadline pressure – only a few more weeks to go sweetheart! Actually, every body knows how to do this when given the time. As you noticed, the video was focused more on helping people make 3 minutes for their body…not so much the yoga itself. Much love sweety!

    • Thank you so much! I am happy you like it! I certainly had a lot of fun creating it. Subscribe to my mailing list on my “Home” page so we can keep in closer contact.

  2. These moves are so simple and delicious! While I have always done some sort of stretching and movement everyday, this video helped me realize I was always doing yoga and it never involved a mat or special cloths. I just move my body, stretching and opening which helps me feel more comfortable and relaxed on a moment by moment basis! Maria, thank you for helping me see yoga is just movement and I do it anywhere everywhere 🙂

    • Hi Amelya! Thank you for taking the time to express your wisdom! You are so in tune with your body and its needs – another reason why you are so amazing at your Reiki profession. It’s a total breakthrough when you realize that every movement is yoga…and then, what is not yoga?

  3. Wowowow! Maria, you are doing a wonderful job, putting important knowledge in such a beautiful manner. I am so proud of you. You rock baby!

  4. When i visit a blog, chances are that I see that the construction is poor and the writting bad. Regarding your blog,I could honestly say that you writting is decent and your website solid.

  5. I admire what you have done here. I like the part where you say you are doing this to give back but I would assume by all the opinions that this is working for you as well. Regards, Alethia.

    • Hi Alethia. I really appreciate the feedback. Anytime I do something I ask myself “why?” until I realize my purest motive. When it comes to this blog, I just wanted to let my friends, family and students know how I live, think and function in hopes of helping them through their struggles since I’ve pushed through so many thanks to their help. And yes, this works for me too! It feeds my soul to teach yoga in this creative way and I am thankful that technology is allowing me to get out what can no longer stay inside…even if it tried. Warm Hugs!
